Driven Bird Shooting
Driven bird shooting was pioneered in Great Britain many years ago. Since then, a large part of the countryside has been laid out for driven pheasant and partridge. From the steep valleys of the southwest to the high hills of the north, great thought has been put into planting trees and fields to make the best use of the terrain for over 100 years.
It is possible to arrange days that will show you high pheasants off cliff edges, and fast snap shooting at partridges over hedgerows. We can fit ‘the bag’, or numbers shot, to suit the individual party.
Our highly trained gamekeepers know the areas so well that they can tailor the day to the teams shooting. Thus they can always ensure there is plenty to be had by everyone.
British shooting is surrounded by great tradition and etiquette which adds to the whole experience of the day out in the field. It is not all about the shooting - great care and attention is taken to ensure everyone has a wonderful time. The days we arrange are well organised and planned to the last little detail.
